Financial Modelling

You may be asked to prepare a complex financial model to support a loan application or a possible acquisition.  This model will need to encompass a profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statement.

We can build a bespoke, integrated model that is easy to use and changeable.  This means that if a variable changes or you want to test the sensitivities, for example, assuming no sales growth, you can easily see the impact of this on the financial results.

In order to build an effective model, we will work closely with management to understand the business, its key drivers and the major variables that impact on financial performance.  Once we have built the model, we will provide management with a demonstration/ training to ensure that you are getting maximum value from using the model to its fullest potential.

Alternatively, we can review a financial model and comment on the assumptions and estimates contained within it; whether or not based on our experience these seem appropriate and reasonable.
