Whilst we pride ourselves on working with many other organisations and individuals, there are some specific additional services we believe could be beneficial at certain points in the lives of our clients, and whilst not undermining nor excluding our work with others, we have therefore forged particular alliances with the following who are not in-house and therefore retain their impartiality. (However if clients prefer, confidential appointments can be arranged on our premises).

Counselling

At times of crisis or stress in a client’s life, for example around separation or divorce, bereavement, retirement, redundancy, family disagreements or corporate failures, BJ DixonWalsh is here to act in our clients’ best interests. Whilst we endeavour to act with diplomacy and empathy alongside our objectivity, we recognise that for some clients, accessing independent and confidential counselling alongside the practical support we offer may prove beneficial. When painful decisions have to be made, effective counselling can help prepare people to make those decisions or to deal with the resulting situations. For this reason we have teamed up with professional UKCP registered counsellor and psychotherapist Jane Gotto who can offer sessions either at The Terrace in Taunton or on our premises.

Financial advice and wealth management

Whilst not offering a personal financial advisor service ourselves, we do offer a link to PDB Wealth Management, registered with the Financial Services Authority, who can carry out a detailed assessment of your objectives and make financial recommendations based on your preferences and priorities. Their aim is to offer innovative financial solutions that will generate you and your family more wealth. They can conduct a free-of-charge introductory session with you in your own home or business premises, or you can arrange to meet with a personal advisor on site at Rumwell Hall, perhaps coinciding with an appointment with BJ DixonWalsh.

Whilst we pride ourselves on our excellent links and working relationships with many solicitors, Amicus solicitors are part of our Rumwell Hall consortium and are located on site. In a unique partnership, should a client need to access our accountancy services and also legal services at Amicus, co-ordinated appointments can be arranged to minimise your time and travel requirements.

Meetings with other parties

Due to our unrivalled meeting room options, we can also provide facilities for you to meet with other parties connected with your accountancy or other professional requirements.
